What if I Move?

Massachusetts General Law Chapter 140, sections 129B and 131, require a license holder to report a change of address within 30 days to the following:

◾ Department of Criminal Justice Information Services;
◾ The Chief of Police in the town moved to; and
◾ The licensing authority that issued the firearms license.
